Let us know if you have been to our shop, we keep track of all our customers’ eye test records.  We welcome you to visit our shop for a thorough eye exam too.  Otherwise, you can visit your ophthalmologist or optometrist to obtain both an eye exam and a prescription. They should provide you with a written copy of your prescription before you leave, but you can always ask for one if they don’t. Please also ask your doctor to measure and record your pupillary distance (or PD) on your prescription. Your PD is the distance between your two pupils measured in millimeters (e.g. 60). Your PD is not always included in your eyeglass prescription, but it’s very helpful for us to have when making your eyeglasses to ensure that they fit you perfectly.

You are not allowed to change shipping address once the order is under process. Kindly ensure your shipping address is correct before you make payment. Alternatively, you may change your shipping address on your account dashboard before make new order.

We apologize as your order unable to modify or cancel once it has been processed. Kindly ensure all items in your shopping chart is correct before proceed to payment.

FREE delivery nationwide for purchase above RM250. Otherwise, RM13 (Peninsular MY)/ RM10 (East MY) will be charged for each delivery.

For orders within Malaysia, we accept bank transfer and also credit card payment through Paypal.

For international orders, we only accept payment through Paypal.

When you reach the payment section of the checkout process, select the PayPal payment option and input your registered PayPal e-mail address in the space provided.

If you do not have a PayPal account, you can simply enter the required payment details.
